The more context you can give us, the sharper the quote. Even rough answers to these help:
- The outcome you are after — for example, "bookkeeping caught up by end of quarter" or "a full-service rebrand before launching".
- Your current systems — Xero, MYOB, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or anything else your team already uses.
- Rough volumes — number of invoices per month, hours of support per week, or pages of content required.
- Deadlines and compliance dates — BAS lodgement, end of financial year, contract milestones or launch dates.
- A budget range — even a ballpark lets us scope to what is realistic rather than guessing.

How is pricing calculated?
We quote fixed fees against a defined scope wherever possible, so you know the full cost before you commit. For ongoing work we offer a simple monthly retainer with agreed hours.
Do you work outside Melbourne?
Yes. While we are based in Melbourne VIC, we support businesses Australia-wide and work remotely by default. See our areas we serve page for details.
